Covid Vaccine for 16-17 year olds

In Northern Ireland all 16 and 17 year olds  i.e  those born between 1 August  2003 and 31 August 2005  will now be eligible to receive the first dose  of the Pfizer vaccine form August 6th 2021. Patients are advised to receive their vaccine by the 31 August.

Covid Vaccine for 12 to 15 year olds.

Persons ages 12 to 15 with specific underlying health conditions that put them at  risk of Severe Covid 19 should be offered two doses of Pfizer. Children and young people aged 12 and over who are household contacts of persons (adults or children) who are immunosuppressed should be offered two doses of Pfizer vaccine with an interval of 8 weeks between doses.
